Corporate Champions of Compassion
Human connection is at the very heart of healing. When healthcare is delivered with compassion, it directly improves patient recovery, builds trust, and significantly reduces anxiety during life’s most vulnerable moments. We translate this vital need into global action through our research-backed Schwartz Compassionate Care Model and signature programs like the Schwartz Rounds®, which is proven to improve workforce well-being, reduce burnout, and improve patient and staff satisfaction. There is also a strong positive impact on overall organizational culture – and we know that this is linked to a better financial bottom line for healthcare systems.
By sponsoring the Schwartz Center, your organization joins a prestigious cohort of global leaders committed to advancing compassionate healthcare both around the world and within your own walls. This partnership goes beyond financial support; it signifies a commitment to adopting data-driven strategies that nurture empathy deeper into the fabric of your own institution. Together, we will implement tailored initiatives to inspire, support, and transform your staff and community.
Corporate partners are the engine of this mission and our work. We invite your organization to join us through our newly launched Corporate Champions of Compassion program. Contact Courtney Barth at cabarth@theschwartzcenter.org for more information.
