What device should I use for logging in?
We highly recommend that you use a desktop computer or laptop. Please note, your internet connection should be as strong as possible. We recommend restarting your computer prior to logging in and closing other apps and programs to ensure the best speed. You may also want to limit the number of other devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) that are also connected to your wi-fi. The presentation will not be visible on Internet Explorer. We recommend Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
Do I need any special software for the event?
No. This year’s event will be streamed on your web browser. Just click the link to view the program! You’ll need to enter your name and email address. The presentation will not be visible on Internet Explorer. We recommend Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
Optional pre-event networking will take place over Zoom. Please have Zoom downloaded on your device prior to the event. If you already have Zoom downloaded, please make sure it has been upgraded to the newest version.
Please log in with the same email address that you used to register for the event.
Will people see me during the event?
If you choose to join the networking portion of the evening at 6:30 p.m. EDT, others will be able to see you when you turn on your camera.
Others will not be able to see you during the program beginning at 7:00 p.m. EDT.
If I’m tuning in with my household, how many devices will we need?
We recommend using one device per household. If using multiple devices in the same home, we recommend logging on from different rooms to avoid overlapping microphones.
