Elaine recently completed her doctorate in applied behavioural psychology at the University of Toronto, where her research focused on solution-focused coaching, cultural psychology and communication as mediators of personal and team development. She works at Holland Bloorview Kid’s Rehabilitation Hospital with multiple stakeholders, including clients and families, students, clinicians, nurses, physicians and leadership to build generative communication skills that amplify and enhance practice, wellbeing and personal development across disciplines.
